ARGUS International, Inc. (ARGUS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to sponsor new memberships to the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) for U.S. commercial operators undergoing the ARGUS audit. ARGUS, the global leader in promoting best practices for commercial aircraft operators, supports the many aviation safety initiatives offered by the ACSF. The purpose of this agreement is to encourage increased participation in an organization focused on advancing aviation safety.
“Although the United States enjoys an excellent safety record in commercial air charter, aviation safety advocates are always in continuous pursuit of improvement,” said Joe Moeggenberg, President and CEO of ARGUS International. “Our sponsorship of new members in conjunction with our Platinum audit program will bring increased participation from operators already recognized for their leadership in aviation safety.”
As U.S. commercial operators undergo new or renewal ARGUS audits or combination ARGUS/ACSF Industry Audit Standard (IAS) audits, they will be eligible for this program. The Air Charter Safety Foundation will contact these operators with the details of the special “ARGUS Sponsored Membership Program” and manage the process of adding these new members. The ARGUS Sponsored Membership Program into ACSF provides these companies with access to full member benefits which include: the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), the annual Air Charter Safety Foundation Symposium, training resources, industry networking and more.
“The ACSF Board is proud to collaborate with ARGUS on this important initiative,” said Bryan Burns, President of the ACSF. “The involvement of their Platinum operators will bring great value to our organization.”
About ACSF
The vision of the ACSF is to enable on-demand charter providers and fractional program managers to achieve the highest levels of safety in the aviation industry. This goal will be achieved through promotion and facilitation of risk management programs, dissemination of safety information and creation of additional programs that advance the goals of the Foundation.
