The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) and Web Manuals were recently featured in “Charter Safety Group Adopts Document Management System” on AIN Online. The new collaboration with Web Manuals, a digital document management specialist, is geared toward encouraging ACSF members and the broader aviation community to digitize critical operational safety documents. By adopting digital solutions, operators can ensure their documents remain accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards, contributing to an overall safer industry.
“We are excited to be working alongside Web Manuals’ chief commercial officer Krister Genmark and the Web Manuals team to further champion safety within our membership through their digital documentation expertise,” said ACSF’s executive director, Debi Carpenter. “This collaboration enables us to manage our audit standards much more effectively.”
Under this partnership, Web Manuals will distribute ACSF’s audit standards, forms, and manuals through its cloud-based platform, enhancing accessibility for both ACSF members and Web Manuals customers. The integration into Web Manuals’ compliance library will help users stay updated with ACSF’s standards, enabling easy access to vital safety documentation.
Founded in 2008, ACSF has long provided safety leadership for Part 135 charter operators, fractional providers, and the evolving advanced air mobility sector. This latest step in document digitization is part of ACSF’s broader mission to support safety and efficiency improvements across aviation operations.
