Ahead of the FAA’s forthcoming mandate for all Part 135 operators to implement an SMS, Malone AirCharter has signed on to use the ACSF’s SMS Tool for its safety management system.
Jacksonville, Florida-based Part 135 Malone AirCharter has recently joined the ranks of more than 320 operators at the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF). Additionally, the company has signed on to use the ACSF’s SMS Tool for its safety management system. Doing so will help ensure its compliance with the FAA’s forthcoming mandate for all Part 135 operators to implement an SMS.
