Larry Soles Named Vice President of Operations, Andrew Ha Promoted to Assistant Director of Safety, and Brianna Dittman Joins as Programs Administrator
Washington, D.C. October 14, 2026 – The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) is pleased to announce leadership and staff updates, along with the addition of a new team member as the organization continues to strengthen its operations, enhance member services, and advance its mission of improving safety throughout business aviation.
Larry Soles has been named Vice President of Operations, Andrew Ha has been promoted to Assistant Director of Safety, and Brianna Dittman joins ACSF as Programs Administrator.
Soles has played an important role in strengthening ACSF’s operations, safety programs and member resources, while identifying new opportunities to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
Among his recent initiatives, Soles has taken an active role in enhancing the ACSF member portal, collaborating with the team to improve the member experience, and hosting Serious About Safety, ACSF’s podcast featuring conversations with aviation professionals on operational challenges and emerging safety topics.
As Vice President of Operations, Soles will continue to lead operational initiatives, support the development of ACSF’s safety programs, and work closely with the organization’s leadership and staff to deliver resources that meet the evolving needs of its members.
“Larry has consistently demonstrated the initiative and leadership that help move our organization forward,” said Debi Carpenter, President of ACSF. “He sees opportunities to improve how we serve our members and takes the initiative to make them happen. From enhancing our member portal to creating meaningful industry conversations through our podcast, Larry brings fresh ideas, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to aviation safety. His new title reflects his contributions and the important role he will continue to play in ACSF’s future.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working alongside a team that is committed to making a difference in aviation safety,” said Soles. “Our focus is on providing members with practical tools, meaningful safety data, and programs that support their everyday operations. I’m looking forward to building on the progress we’ve made, strengthening our member experience, and finding new ways to support the business aviation community.”
ACSF also announced the promotion of Andrew Ha to Assistant Director of Safety.
Since joining the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) in February 2023, Ha has supported the organization’s safety initiatives and programs focused on helping business aviation operators strengthen their safety practices.
Ha holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with minors in Business Administration and Airline Operations. He holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument ratings, as well as a Certified Flight Instructor certificate. His aviation education, combined with prior safety experience as an intern with Allegiant Airlines in 2022 and his flight experience, provides an operational perspective that supports ACSF’s ongoing safety programs and initiatives.
In his expanded role with ACSF, Ha will assume additional responsibilities supporting safety initiatives, program administration, and member engagement. He will also continue supporting ACSF’s ASAP programs and efforts to provide members with the resources, guidance, and support needed to maintain effective safety programs.
