Washington, D.C., October 15, 2025 – The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) is proud to announce that JetNEXA, a nationwide private aviation company known for its premium charter services and commitment to operational excellence, has joined the ACSF’s Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).
Developed in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the ACSF’s ASAP is a voluntary, non-punitive reporting program that encourages flight crews and other aviation professionals to identify and share safety concerns. The program’s goal is to detect and correct potential hazards before they lead to incidents or accidents, creating a culture of continuous improvement across the industry.
“By joining ASAP, JetNEXA demonstrates a clear commitment to proactive safety management,” said Debi Carpenter, President of the Air Charter Safety Foundation. “Their participation strengthens the collective learning that benefits the entire business aviation community. Safety is not just a regulatory requirement, it’s a strategic investment that protects lives, preserves assets, and builds trust.”
“At JetNEXA, safety isn’t a box to check, it’s built into every decision we make,” said Jason Figueroa, Pilot/Safety Manager, JetNEXA. “Joining the ACSF ASAP reinforces our belief that transparency and shared learning are the keys to advancing safer skies. This collaboration ensures that our team continues to lead with accountability, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to our passengers and crews.”
JetNEXA operates a growing national network offering aircraft charter, management, and maintenance services. The company’s decision to join the ACSF ASAP underscores its focus on continuous improvement and its dedication to fostering a robust safety culture throughout every aspect of its operations.
The ACSF ASAP is part of the Foundation’s broader suite of safety initiatives, which includes the Industry Audit Standard (IAS and IAS Lite), Safety Management System (SMS) Tools, and the Member Assistance Program (MAP). Together, these resources help operators measure the Aviation Safety Return On Investment (AvSFTY-ROI)by reducing disruptions, avoiding costly incidents, and strengthening organizational performance through prevention.
