GrandView Aviation’s Jessica Naor Joins the ACSF Board of Governors

Washington, DC, October 14, 2020 — The Air Charter Safety Foundation (acsfdev.com) is pleased to announce the election of Jessica Naor to its Board of Governors. Naor is the Chief Operating Officer of GrandView Aviation (flygv.com), which is headquartered in Middle River, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. In her new position, Naor will join her fellow board members to help guide the rapidly expanding ACSF organization in pursuit of its expanding goals.

ACSF President Bryan Burns expressed his enthusiasm for Ms. Naor’s board membership. “We’re delighted to welcome Jessie to our Board of Governors,” he said. “Someone of her professional caliber is sure to make a positive impact on our growing organization, and help it achieve our overarching mission to advance aviation safety standards and programs the world over.”

Naor has been employed at GrandView Aviation since 2009, beginning as a Charter Sales Representative and working her way up to her current position as its COO. She has played a pivotal role in building the company from a small, regional operation to a nationally based charter operator with a reputation for excellence in safety and quality assurance.

“I’m thrilled to join the Air Charter Safety Foundation and help them promote their numerous programs, such as the Industry Audit Standard and the Aviation Safety Action Program,” Naor said. “My core values and goals as a leader at GrandView Aviation—and in this industry—are about improving consumer transparency and helping operators set the bar constantly higher for safety. The ACSF holds these values close, so I’m excited to help move the industry forward with them.”

Naor earned an associate’s degree in Air Traffic Control (Summa Cum Laude), from CCBC Catonsville, followed by a BA in Aviation Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She went on to earn an MBA in Management & Finance from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. She currently is a member of the FAA’s Duty & Rest rulemaking committee, responsible for recommending regulatory changes to the agency on behalf of industry. She also serves as Assistant Chair for the National Air Transport Association’s 135 Charter Committee, and was recently honored as a “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Business Aviation Association.
