Washington, DC, June 30, 2020 — Prime Jet (primejets.com), a leading charter and aircraft management company with operations in Colorado, California and Singapore, has joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation (acsfdev.com) and its Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP). The ACSF, which now has more than 230 member companies, is a non-profit aviation safety organization that provides programs to enable the highest levels of safety in personal, charter and business aviation.
“As a leader in aircraft management, we welcome the opportunity to join ACSF and participate in its Aviation Safety Action Program,” said Cheryl Janke, CEO, Prime Jet. “This is the next logical step in fulfilling the Prime Jet pledge to be experts at responding to aircraft ownership and travel needs for our clients in the safest, most efficient and transparent means possible.”
The ASAP is administered by the ACSF in partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration. Prime Jet’s membership enables its employees to voluntarily report significant safety concerns, non-compliance with regulations and other unusual events. Each report is investigated, and corrective actions are determined based on a non-disciplinary approach to flight safety.
“Even in these extremely challenging times, the need for redoubling our focus on aviation safety issues is paramount. That’s why the ACSF and ASAP are so vitally necessary,” noted Bryan Burns, ACSF President. “I’m very gratified that forward-thinking companies like Prime Jet understand that necessity, and are doing their utmost to participate in and support our mission.”
